Rhythms
The Kingdom of God re-orders all of life, including the way we understand time. The Church calendar is ordered around the Story of God's mission to the world in Jesus Christ, beginning in Advent and Christmas, culminating on Easter, and completed during the long season of Ordinary Time. The rhythm of this annual cycle gives all Christians who observe it the opportunity to inhabit the story of God's mission regularly. See The Liturgical Year.
Our community—what we commonly refer to as our ‘church family’—gathers weekly on Sundays to enter the presence of the Lord and offer him praise. We come to sing, pray, explore the Bible, celebrate the Lord’s Supper, and to simply be together.
